A proven track record and an emphasis on quality has helped BGC become one of the area´s leading heating installation contractors.
A whole host of clients are now on the Burslem-based firm´s books, from city-wide local authorities and multi-national energy corporations to housing organisations and individual home owners.
Twenty highly qualified teams of BGC engineers carry out up to 30 installations each week from one-day boiler fittings to four day complete system overhauls. On top of this BGC also offer a full comprehensive after-sales service which includes a three-year parts and labour guarantee for all private customers and a series of post installation checks.
Steve Wright, Principal Contracts Manager, said: "We have built up the heating installation side of the business on a reputation of quality and expertise. It is really paying off as we now have a series of clients such as E.ON UK, Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Dane Housing and many others. We carry out hundreds of installations for them each year and also provide the after service maintenance contracts. On top of this we are also making inroads into the private homeowner market.
